Here are the different manufacturing steps to make this egg box. After the computer study, I cut out all my templates in order to assemble the frame and the overall shape. I then dressed this shape with flexible nylon reinforcements and resin. In the manner of plasterers, a thin layer of plaster was applied in order to give the shape of the box. To consolidate everything, several layers of resin were necessary.
Finally a patina on the whole for the finish.
